High Court bars private schools from taking the quarterly fee

All the unaided recognized schools are directed only to collect monthly fees from the ward – Delhi High Court order dated April 10, 2013.

It is clear that monthly fees mode is not only the order of 18th April but also the circular of 1990 and Delhi High Court of 2013. Any school which does not comply with this is defying the order of “Delhi High Court”.
