Due to the inaction & failure of the government in resolving the issue of fee hike in the private unaided schools, the aggrieved parents & Representatives of the Associations of more than 14 states, gathered in Delhi for a three days meet/seminar (i.e. for 15th, 16th & 17th of Sept.2018).

The main agenda of this national meeting is to make the central government realize the gravity of our issues and thereby take substantial action. The agenda also included :

a) to meet HRD & PMO officials & give the memorandum presentation

b) to bring the central fee regulation act

c) the strict implementation of the act

d) to make the parents aware of their rights & to bring to light the inaction of various other institutions such as CBSE, ICSE, NCPCR , RTE act etc. through various resources.

In the meeting all the core members also unanimously decided to give the ultimatum to the government, if it did not yield to the parents demands/persistent requests (which are their fundamental rights) wit in 30 days of submission of the memorandum, the adverse results will be seen in the 2019 general elections. All Parent Associations from all the states will start the campaign for #NoFeeRegulationNoVote or #NOTA or boycott the 2019 elections & bring the awareness to 125 crore parents across India.

The following is the list of questions & demands of the parents to the government & a humble appeal to the honorable Supreme Court

1. Who will comply with Article 21A of the Constitution?

2. How is the full compliance of the Right to Education Act 2009?

3. When the order of Hon’ble Supreme Court can be implemented on the basis of the recommendation of all
the private schools in Delhi based on the recommendation of Justice Anil Dev Committee, why not in the
entire country?

4. Who will punish all the guilty who do not comply with various orders of the Honorable Supreme Court such as Vishakha Guidelines, School Transportation Guidelines, TMA PIE, Modern School, Islamic Foundation, PA Inamdar and other High Court orders?

5. When will the atrocities, misdeeds & suicides of the innocent end ?

6. When equal uniform education bill on the basis of ONE NATION, ONE EDUCATION, ONE FEE will be charged in the entire country?

7. When will the right to decide the fees for the institutions and the companies that determine the examinations, whereas in each state the Government determines the fees for government schools?

8. In Uttar Pradesh, when misleading portals like public hearings, where there is no action even after complaining of any school and the complaint is cancelled, when will it be closed?

9. Many times (60) did the Prime Minister talk about MANN KI BAAT but when will he talk about his parents’
MANN KI BAAT?

10. When will the complaints received at PMO, NCPCR Local Police Station be resolved?

11. When many children like Priyanshi, Ghazal Yadav, Arman and Pradyumna, who are already losing their lives due to negligence of schools, will they get new ones?

12. The Hon’ble Supreme Court of the Supreme Court, then press for the questioning on the working system of the Supreme Court, but will all the Hon’ble Judges stand when the Hon’ble court in the courts to follow its own orders and the Constitution?

13. When will the Honorable Supreme Court will take cognizance of the suffering parents of the victims?

14. Why does the government inaction show parents the way to the court for what the government can do, which is its obligation?

15. Why does the department of education does not take time bound action even after court’s order ?

16. When will the Central Fee Regulatory ACT & Bill be formed and implemented across the India?
