Also a point to add,
By chance a student gets infected with COVID-19, how will he manage to give JEE-ADVANCE exam which is Level-2 & scheduled just after 20 days of JEE-MAINS. Also few students apply both for JEE-MAINS & NEET. What about them if they get infected?

I would also request u to share this with authorities & petitioners.
