1.Do you know as per the 18th April 2020 order passed by DOE, Delhi that Managers of the private unaided recognized schools of Delhi are hereby directed to charge “Only Tuition fees from the parents during the lock-down?
2. Do you know that in spite of the UNLOCK process has started, the LOCKDOWN is still going on?
3. Do you know that “Annual and Development Charges can be charged from the parents, on a pro-rata basis, only on monthly basis after completion of Lockdown period”?
4. Do you know that “No earmarked levies such as transportation charges, library charges, Computer Charges, etc will be charged from the parents during the period the schools remain closed”?

Was not able to pay, but arranged for it somehow. Wrote to DOE, but to no avail. School has started charging for charges other than tuition fee. On asking, they told that we are in unlock mode now and we have to pay. More so, they have charged for other charges for entire year and not on pro rata basis.
I have paid the fees from April 2020 to June 2020. After that due to ambiguous situation due to covid19, I have not paid fee from July 2020 to October 2020.
